To start a return, use our contact form to supply purchase details, request a refund review, receive refund approval, and receive return shipping instructions. Items returned without contacting us first will not be refunded.

Shipping Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was physically damaged during shipping.

Opened Products
We will not refund or accept returns of opened products, used products, or products that have been tampered with. This includes items with shrink wrap removed or seal broken.

Refunds
If you have followed the correct return process, we will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. A refund of the product price paid will be processed within three (3) business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong items. Once a refund is submitted, please monitor via your payment method and contact us if there are any issues.
